Setting the Temperature
1. Press the ‘Up’ or ‘Down‘ buttons to set the temperature you desire.
2. The display window will show the temperature you set as you press the 'Up' or
‘Down' buttons. Otherwise, it will always show the ambient temperature.
The default temperature of this machine is: 75
o
F for cooling
Note: Temperature control only works in cooling and heating modes.
Setting the Fan Speed
1. Press the ‘Speed’ button to choose between high or low. The high or low indicator
will light on.
2. If the unit is in ‘Auto’ mode, it will choose the fan speed automatically according to
the ambient temperature (the related indicators will light up). While in ‘Auto’ mode
pressing the ‘Speed’ button will have no effect.
Setting the Timer to Automatically Shut Off the Unit
While the machine is running, press the ‘Timer’ button to set the number of hours
you want to wait for the machine to shut off automatically. You are able to set the
time between 1 to 12 hours by continuing to press the ‘Timer’ button. The timer
indicator will light on. When the time set has elapsed, the machine will turn off
automatically. The display window will show the hour(s) you set as you press the
‘Timer’ button. If the timer is not engaged, the unit will work continuously.
Setting the Timer to Automatically Power-On the Unit
While the machine is turned off, you can set the machine to power on by pressing
the ‘Timer’ button, and setting the desired time. For example, if you set the timer to
'2', the unit will automatically turn on after 2 hours.
Heating function
1. When using Heat Pump, the ambient warm air is recycled and use to heat the area
where it is required. The Exhaust Pipe must be fitted firmly to allow the cold air to
be removed outside.
2. Continuous drain is compulsory while the unit is in heat mode. Working range for
heating function is 41 to 81
o
F. For temperature outside this range. the unit may not work
properly.
